After men’s lower parts whitening was popular now comes women’s lower whitening for those private parts. The latest cosmetic trend to hit the Philippines is here now. The procedure – which costs PHP50,000 (£700) a session – is being offered at Belo Medical Group clinics, run by celebrity cosmetic surgeon Vicky Belo.
